‍This does happen from time to time. In some situations, your product of choice mightn't have been made in Asia at all. In this case, we'll recommend a supplier who makes something very similar instead.

2. How much info do I need to give you?

We don't ask much. You only need to tell us what product you've got your eye on and the name of the company that's selling it. If the product is made in Asia, we'll find out who makes it.
