We can't lock in production costs before completing supplier research, but we're transparent throughout. Once we've shortlisted factories, we share indicative pricing at that stage — before you commit to anything further. All additional costs are presented clearly before your first order is placed, so there are no surprises.

The 10% order management fee applies to the total value of each manufacturing order. It covers production oversight, quality control inspections, supplier negotiation for each run, logistics coordination, and ongoing account management. It's charged per order, not as a retainer, so you only pay it when you're actually ordering.

Allow 3–6 months end-to-end for your first delivery. This includes supplier discovery and verification (2–3 weeks), sampling and revisions (4–8 weeks), production (4–8 weeks), and sea freight plus customs clearance into Australia (3–5 weeks). We'll give you a project timeline specific to your product once we understand your brief.

We work across a wide range of categories including clothing and apparel, furniture and homewares, health and beauty, electronics accessories, packaging, construction materials, and consumer goods. Each project starts with a detailed product brief, and we find the right factory from our verified network across China and Vietnam.

Samples are reviewed on the ground by our China team before they're sent anywhere. You receive detailed photo and video reports, and nothing ships to Australia without your virtual approval first. If a sample doesn't meet your spec, we go back to the factory for revisions — typically 2–3 rounds are included before bulk production is approved.
