Nantong Yaolong Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a modern, integrated enterprise specialising in the production of stainless steel welded industrial tubes and pipes. Operating under the Yaolong Tube Industry brand, the company is headquartered in Foshan, Guangdong, with additional production facilities in Nantong, Jiangsu. Across four manufacturing bases covering 60,000 square metres, Yaolong maintains an annual production capacity exceeding 15,000 metric tonnes and employs over 400 staff. Yaolong manufactures a comprehensive range of stainless steel tubing products, including sanitary tubes (ASTM A270, EN 10357, DIN 11850, AS 1528.1), heat exchanger tubes (ASTM A249, A269), industrial pipes (ASTM A312, A358, A778), potable water tubes (EN 10312), data centre liquid cooling tubes, and automotive exhaust tubes. Products are available in grades 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 309, 310, 317, 321, and 347, with dimensions ranging from 16mm to 2,000mm in diameter and wall thicknesses from 0.5mm to 18mm. The company holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AD2000, European PED, and OHSAS 18001 certifications. Its quality assurance capabilities include eddy current inspection, metallographic examination, hydrostatic testing, X-ray inspection, spectrochemical analysis, endoscopy, and universal mechanical testing. Yaolong imports advanced manufacturing equipment from the USA, Germany, France, and Japan, operating 35 automatic welding lines with inline bright annealing and automatic inside/outside polishing.
