Chinese factories will supply one, but usually only if you specify it.
Fit a rotator, side-shift or longer tynes and the rated capacity drops. If you're ordering an attachment, the residual capacity for that configuration must be on the plate. Buying the attachment separately later and not updating the plate is a common and genuinely dangerous shortcut.
Importing doesn't alter your obligations here. Forklift operation is high-risk work requiring a licence (a class LF licence for counterbalance forklifts, LO for order-picking trucks). Your operators need the licence regardless of where the machine came from.
