Factory Information

Dong Anh Licogi Mechanical JSC operates its integrated manufacturing campus at Km 12+800 on National Road No. 3 in Dong Anh District, Hanoi — approximately 15 km north of Hanoi’s city centre. The site houses all major production divisions on a single campus.

The aluminium extrusion facility, established in 2004, houses three hydraulic extrusion presses rated at 650 tonnes, 1,350 tonnes, and 1,800 tonnes, sourced from UBE Japan and Korean manufacturers. Surface finishing lines include anodizing tanks, electrophoretic deposition (ED) coating, powder coating, and Decoral wood-grain film application (Italian technology).

The foundry division operates an automatic DISAMATIC (Denmark) green-sand moulding line installed in 1998, producing casting alloys at approximately 12,000 tonnes per year. The space frame and steel structure workshop has an annual production capacity of approximately 9,000 m² of fabricated structures.
