HALECO — formally Công ty Cổ phần Sắt Tráng Men – Nhôm Hải Phòng (Hai Phong Enamel Iron And Aluminium Wares Joint Stock Company) — is one of Vietnam's most established manufacturers of aluminium, enamel, and stainless steel houseware products. Headquartered at 136 Ngo Quyen Street, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City, it has served Vietnamese households and international buyers for more than 50 years.

Its origins trace to a state-owned enterprise founded in the early 1970s under the Ministry of Industry. In 2004 the Ministry issued Decision 108/2004/QĐ-BCN to convert the company into a joint-stock entity, completed in 2005. The HALECO brand — with its distinctive dove logo — is a trusted symbol in Vietnamese kitchens and across regional export markets.

HALECO operates from a 63,000 m² factory complex in Hai Phong, employing up to 1,100 workers at peak. Its portfolio spans aluminium, enamelled iron/steel, and stainless steel — from cooking vessels and food containers to metal signage. For 10 consecutive years from 1999 it was selected as "Hàng Việt Nam Chất Lượng Cao" (High Quality Vietnamese Goods). It exports to Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Western Europe (UK, Germany, Canada), Singapore, and Japan.
