Long Van Group is one of Vietnam's most established aluminium manufacturing and distribution conglomerates, with more than 30 years of continuous operation since its founding in 1992. Headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City with manufacturing facilities in Binh Duong Province, the group operates as a vertically integrated aluminium business — spanning raw material procurement, extrusion, surface treatment, custom fabrication, and market distribution. It is structured around four subsidiaries: NTV (domestic market), ALV (global consulting and export), LOVAL (custom fabrication), and HONDALEX (a joint-venture extrusion plant with Honda Metal Industries of Japan).
What Does Long Van Group Manufacture?
Aluminium extrusion profiles (6005, 6061, 6063 alloys), custom-shaped sections, window and door frames, curtain wall components, anodised profiles (JIS H8601/8602), powder-coated profiles, machined parts, rails and tracks, mouldings and trims, and OEM custom die design. HONDALEX uses 100% imported billets from Qatar, Australia, and Japan with extrusion capacity of 690–2,500 tonnes.
