EuroHa pursues a closed-production model, mastering the full extrusion value chain in-house: billet melting and casting, extrusion pressing, anodising, electrostatic powder coating, wood grain surface treatment, and custom die manufacturing. The factory reports the highest automation ratio in the Vietnamese aluminium sector, with total capacity of approximately 21,000 tonnes per year.

Factory Information
EUROHA's facility is at Pho Noi A Industrial Park, Van Lam District, Hung Yen Province — ~30 km from Hanoi and 100 km from Hai Phong Port, with direct access to National Highway 5A. The 30,000 m² campus houses six workshops: extrusion press, anodising (chrome-free), electrostatic powder coating, wood grain surface transfer, die manufacturing/storage, and door/window assembly. Equipment is imported from Germany, Australia, and Taiwan. Products are checked against European standard EN 755 before dispatch.
