About Nam Sung Aluminium Company Limited
Nam Sung Aluminium Company Limited (Công ty TNHH Nhôm Nam Sung) is one of Vietnam's leading domestic aluminium manufacturers, founded in 2014 with 100% Vietnamese capital. Headquartered at Hai Son Industrial Park (Phase 3+4), Duc Hoa District, Long An Province, the company was established to fill a critical gap in the domestic market for premium-quality aluminium billet, extrusion profiles, and finished surface systems — reducing Vietnamese construction and manufacturing industries' dependence on imported Chinese and Taiwanese aluminium.
Since founding, Nam Sung has grown rapidly into one of the most recognised domestic aluminium brands in Vietnam. The company operates two major manufacturing facilities: the original Southern factory in Long An Province covering over 45,000 m², and a large-scale Northern factory in Nam Dinh Province (constructed from 2022, operational from 2024) spanning 99,800 m². Combined, these facilities give Nam Sung the capacity to produce approximately 130,000 metric tonnes of aluminium products per year, making it one of the highest-capacity domestic producers in the country.
Nam Sung's manufacturing operation is vertically integrated across the full aluminium value chain: raw billet smelting (2,500 MT/month capacity), extrusion, electrostatic powder coating with certified Jotun and AkzoNobel paint systems (up to 25-year warranty), anodising, and wood-grain transfer printing. Raw materials are imported from China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia, with average monthly import value of approximately USD 2 million. The production process is governed by a closed-loop quality management system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
With over two decades of combined commercial experience in the Vietnamese aluminium sector, Nam Sung positions itself as the number-one Vietnamese-owned aluminium brand in the building materials and industrial segments. The company distributes finished products exclusively through the domestic market via an extensive agency and project channel network, with particular strength in the Southern region.
