Ngoc Diep Aluminium Joint Stock Company — trading under the brand name DINOSTAR — is one of Vietnam's largest and most technologically advanced aluminium manufacturers. Established in 2016 as the aluminium arm of Ngoc Diep Group (founded 1996), DINOSTAR operates a 120,000 m² purpose-built aluminium manufacturing complex at Pho Noi A Industrial Park in Hung Yen Province, ~30 km south-east of Hanoi.

The company was formed when Ngoc Diep Group — already a leader in furniture, carton packaging, and door and window systems — built a vertically integrated aluminium capability. In August 2025 it broke ground on a second plant at the same park, adding 50,000 m² focused on large-format profiles for high-speed vessels, automotive, and precision engineering.

DINOSTAR's production system is fully synchronised from billet casting and alloy preparation through extrusion, surface treatment, powder coating, wood-grain finish, and final inspection — all in one facility, with the highest cited automation rate in the Vietnamese aluminium industry.

Factory Information

The DINOSTAR Aluminium Factory is at Road C2, Zone C, Pho Noi A Industrial Park, Nhu Quynh Commune, Van Lam District, Hung Yen Province — ~30 km south-east of Hanoi. The ~120,000 m² facility houses billet casting furnaces, extrusion presses, surface treatment lines, and automated packing/warehousing under one roof, with the highest automation rate among Vietnamese aluminium extrusion plants. It runs 10 extrusion lines and 2 billet casting furnaces using German, Japanese, and Taiwanese technology. Management is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified, with BSI-awarded ISO 14064-1:2018 GHG inventory certification. A second 50,000 m² next-generation plant broke ground in August 2025.
