Rhine Precision Alloy (Vietnam) Company Limited is the Vietnam manufacturing arm of Rhine Group, a Chinese-origin global industrial manufacturer with roots tracing back to 1998. The company's founder began his career as a bench worker, earning his first major partnership with Japanese ladder manufacturer Pica Corporation through exceptional craftsmanship and diligence. That early relationship laid the foundation for what has grown into one of the world's leading aluminium ladder manufacturing enterprises. Rhine Vietnam was formally registered in Vietnam in August 2019 and commenced full mass production in March 2021.
Rhine Vietnam comprises two complementary manufacturing entities: Rhine Precision Alloy (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., which handles upstream aluminium extrusion profile production, and Bau Bang Precision Manufacturing Viet Nam Co., Ltd., which performs downstream metal product deep processing including ladder and hand truck fabrication. Both facilities are co-located at Bau Bang Industrial Park in Binh Duong Province, Southern Vietnam, occupying a combined factory footprint of 13 hectares (130,000 m²) — one of the largest integrated aluminium manufacturing complexes in Southern Vietnam.
The Vietnam operation represents a USD 45 million investment, employing approximately 500 associates on-site and contributing USD 45 million in sales in 2023 alone. Globally, Rhine Group employs around 1,700 associates and generated approximately USD 180 million in group sales in 2023. Rhine Vietnam began casting its own aluminium billets in-house in July 2024, completing a fully vertical integrated inhouse value chain from raw material to finished product — an operational advantage shared by very few manufacturers in Vietnam.
Rhine Vietnam's client roster reads like a who's who of global manufacturing: Tricam, Werner, and Little Giant Ladders in the USA; Pica and Kyocera in Japan; Osram, Fagerhult, and Signify (Philips Lighting) in Europe; Canadian Solar in clean energy; and Apple, Sony, and Panasonic in consumer electronics. Bau Bang's ladder facility received Home Depot approval in November 2022 — a rigorous supplier qualification used by one of the world's largest home improvement retailers — confirming Rhine Vietnam's manufacturing quality standards meet the highest international benchmarks.
What Does Rhine Precision Alloy (Vietnam) Manufacture?

• LED lighting housing and heat dissipation profiles (Osram, Signify, Fagerhult supply chain)
• Solar power mounting and framing profiles (Canadian Solar, Kyocera supply chain)
• Medical equipment structural aluminium profiles
• Industrial automation and conveyor system profiles
• Radiator and thermal management profiles (new energy, EV industry)
• Smart home and elevator system profiles
• Tent, canopy, and modular building structure profiles (Losberger supply chain)
• Aluminium ladders — A-frame, extension, multi-function (8,000 units/day)
• Step stools and working platforms
• Scaffolding systems
• Aluminium hand trucks and material handling equipment (launched 2023)
Why Source from Rhine Precision Alloy (Vietnam)?
• Fully vertical integrated manufacturing — in-house billet casting, extrusion, surface treatment, and deep processing removes third-party dependency and compresses lead times.
• Proven Tier-1 global supply chain — approved supplier to Apple, Sony, Panasonic, Canadian Solar, Home Depot, Werner, and Tricam; passing their compliance and quality audits validates manufacturing quality for any international buyer.
• Scale and capacity certainty — 9 extrusion presses at 30,000 t/yr and 8,000 ladders/day provides headroom for large-volume orders without lead time surprises.
• ISO-certified dual facilities — both Rhine Precision Alloy (ISO April 2024) and Bau Bang Precision Manufacturing (ISO March 2023) hold independent ISO certification, ensuring process discipline across the full value chain.
• Strategic Southern Vietnam location — Bau Bang Industrial Park in Binh Duong Province offers direct logistics access to HCMC ports, competitive labour costs, and proximity to the broader Southern Vietnam manufacturing ecosystem.
Factory Information
Rhine Vietnam's integrated manufacturing campus is located at Bau Bang Industrial Park (Lot A-2C-CN, Bau Bang Commune, Binh Duong Province), approximately 60 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. The campus spans 13 hectares (130,000 m²) and houses both manufacturing entities: Rhine Precision Alloy (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. for upstream aluminium extrusion, and Bau Bang Precision Manufacturing Viet Nam Co., Ltd. for downstream product fabrication. Bau Bang Industrial Park is one of Binh Duong Province's premium FDI-focused industrial zones, offering robust infrastructure, reliable power supply, and established logistics corridors.
Rhine Precision Alloy (Vietnam) operates 9 aluminium extrusion presses capable of producing 30,000 tonnes of profiles per year, with the ability to supply products up to 6 metres in length. The extrusion operation is supported by surface treatment capabilities including sand blasting, anodising, powder coating, electrostatic coating, and electrophoretic deposition (ED). From July 2024, the facility added in-house aluminium billet casting, completing a fully vertical integrated value chain that eliminates upstream supplier dependency.
Bau Bang Precision Manufacturing handles metal product deep processing — primarily the fabrication of aluminium ladders (A-frame, extension, multi-function), step stools, working platforms, scaffolding systems, and hand trucks. Daily ladder production capacity is 8,000 units. The facility produced its 1,000,000th ladder in August 2023 — a significant milestone that reflects the scale and throughput of the operation. The hand truck programme, launched in September 2023, adds a complementary product line for the same global retailers and distributors.

Epic Sourcing's Vietnam team will conduct an on-site verification visit to document the extrusion hall, surface treatment lines, ladder assembly operations, billet casting area, and finished goods warehouse. Images will be inserted into this profile upon completion of the site visit.
