About Tien Dat Aluminum Company Limited (TDA)
Tien Dat Aluminum Company Limited (TDA) is one of Vietnam's longest-established domestic aluminium profile manufacturers, founded in 1993 and headquartered in Di An City, Binh Duong Province. Over more than three decades of operation, TDA has grown from a regional producer into a nationally recognised brand covering all 46 provinces and cities of Vietnam, while simultaneously expanding its presence across European and Asian export markets through its dedicated export product line, GERNIUM.
The company operates two main production facilities in Binh Duong Province — the flagship Di An factory at 51/2 Be Van Dan Street and the Dat Cuoc facility in Bac Tan Uyen District — giving TDA a combined manufacturing footprint of 120,000 square metres. Both plants are equipped with German and Japanese machinery, including two electrostatic powder-coating systems (standing and side-by-side) that together deliver a painting capacity of more than 2,000 tonnes per month — a scale that places TDA among Vietnam's leading high-capacity aluminium surface finishers.
TDA operates a three-tier brand architecture. The core TDA brand serves domestic construction and industrial demand with an accessible, high-volume range of over 3,000 profile SKUs. The XINGFATDA (XTDA) brand targets premium domestic buyers requiring AL 6063 aluminium finished with AkzoNobel Interpon powder from the Netherlands — one of the world's most respected coating suppliers. The GERNIUM brand addresses export-grade specifications, offering high-class anodised profiles with a minimum 14 HW hardness standard, fully meeting European and international construction import requirements.
TDA's aluminium production is certified to ISO 9001:2015 quality management and QCVN 16:2019/BXD — Vietnam's mandatory construction product standard — ensuring every profile batch meets national benchmarks on dimensional tolerance, tensile strength, and surface finish durability. TDA's project portfolio spans luxury residential towers, hotels, university facilities, and commercial complexes across southern Vietnam, including landmark projects such as Novaland Gallery, D'Lusso District 2, and Blue Sky Hotel.

Factory Information
Tien Dat Aluminum operates two complementary production facilities in Binh Duong Province, southern Vietnam. The main Di An plant at 51/2 Be Van Dan Street, An Binh Ward, has anchored the business since its founding in 1993 and houses the primary extrusion, coating, and assembly operations. A second facility — the Dat Cuoc factory at Lot 152 DH 436, Dat Cuoc Commune, Bac Tan Uyen — provides additional extrusion and finishing capacity to meet growing domestic and export demand. Together the two sites span 120,000 square metres, making TDA one of the larger Vietnamese-owned aluminium manufacturing operations in the country.
Production equipment is sourced from Japan and Germany. The highlight of TDA's infrastructure is its twin German electrostatic powder-coating systems: one vertical ("standing") line and one horizontal ("side-by-side") line, each capable of handling a wide range of profile geometries and colour specifications. Together these lines achieve a rated capacity of more than 2,000 tonnes of finished profiles per month, providing the throughput needed to service large-scale property development projects and international export orders simultaneously.
The anodising and high-hardness finishing lines dedicated to the GERNIUM export range are operated to a minimum 14 HW (Vickers) hardness specification — the international benchmark for premium architectural aluminium supplied to European buyers. Billet inputs use 6063, 6061, and 6005 alloys conforming to standard mechanical property requirements. Quality control runs under ISO 9001:2015 protocols, with all building-product outputs tested against QCVN 16:2019/BXD, Vietnam's mandatory national construction product standard.
