The company was formally established as Van Loi Joint Stock Cooperative in 2002 and has grown to become an important supplier in Vietnam's aluminium value chain. In 2014, Van Loi achieved a landmark by officially supplying aluminium ingots complying with Japanese industrial standards (ADC12) to Honda Vietnam.
Van Loi operates from a 15,000 sqm facility at Dong Tho Industrial Cluster, Yen Phong District, Bac Ninh Province, with annual production capacity of 54,000 tons. The company operates under the motto "Strong Towards Green Industry" and holds hazardous waste processing licences.
